A pretty little antique or vintage European sterling silver pill box hallmarked Italy and 800.  With engraved scrolling decoration. Depicting two cherubs on the bank of a lake with a swan in raised embossed design. Marks to the reverse for L O A Lavorazione Oreficerie Aretina Di Balzelli PAOLO & CO 
Some wear to the embossing in general and a slight play on the hinge but snaps shut ok, commensurate with age ad mentioned for complete accuracy otherwise in good condition.
