Antique Edwardian Ostrich feather theatre fan T Shell sticks gold heart 1905

A lovely Edwardian antique Ostrich feather fan with T Shell sticks with a little rose gold heart plaque engraved with The OP Club Dec 15th 1905. The only reference I can find was a theatre programme stamped with The OP Club which would make sense as I think this fan would have been for the evening. The ribbon that interspaces the sticks needs to be replaced and the ends of the Ostrich feathers are a bit grey which I think would be from dust, both absolutely restorable but I like to leave things as they are for the new owners to decide otherwise in good all original condition.
